These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Audiobookify.app, including the website, audiobook generation workflows, previews, account areas, delivery links, support features, and any related services made available by Audiobookify.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing Audiobookify, creating an account, submitting a title, launching a generation, using a free generation, purchasing or using credits, selecting a package, uploading content, uploading a voice sample, or downloading any generated output, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Audiobookify.

You confirm that you are legally able to enter into these Terms and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. If you use Audiobookify on behalf of a company, agency, publisher, client, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of the Service

Audiobookify helps users turn a title, idea, outline, reference text, or other input into audiobook-related materials. Depending on the selected package and availability, the service may generate or help prepare an audiobook plan, written manuscript content, narration audio, cover assets, metadata, intro and outro files, retail samples, chapter files, delivery folders, and related publication-oriented materials.

The service is automated and may use artificial intelligence, text generation, voice synthesis, audio processing, file storage, and other production systems. Output may vary depending on the title, language, selected package, input quality, production availability, model behavior, and technical constraints.

3. Accounts, Access, and Security

You may need to sign in or provide an email address to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and email inbox, for keeping your login links private, and for all activity under your account. You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe that an account is being misused, used fraudulently, used to abuse free quotas, used to violate third-party rights, or used in a way that may harm the service or other users.

4. Packages, Credits, and Pricing

Audiobookify may offer free tests, premium generations, publisher packs, promotional credits, or other packages. Package details may include limits on length, number of chapters, voice options, commercial rights, generation depth, or delivery features.

Credits are a right to request eligible Audiobookify generation services. Credits are not cash balances, stored value, bank deposits, or financial instruments. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred without our permission, resold, or refunded except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Prices, packages, discounts, credit packs, and availability may change over time. The applicable package is the package displayed or confirmed at the time of purchase or generation launch.

5. Generation Launch, Delivery, and No Refunds

Because Audiobookify produces customized digital content and begins work quickly after a user action, all generations are treated as started once the user confirms, launches, or otherwise initiates the generation workflow, including plan generation, text generation, voice preview generation, audio generation, cover generation, metadata generation, or production launch.

Once generation has started, the user is no longer entitled to cancel that generation for a refund or to exercise any withdrawal, cooling-off, or retraction right in relation to that started digital service, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. By launching generation, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once performance begins.

Credits used to launch a generation are consumed when the generation is started, reserved, or otherwise committed to production. Consumed credits are non-refundable. Unused credits are non-refundable unless applicable mandatory law requires otherwise. A generation may still take time to complete, and progress may include intermediate stages such as planning, writing, rendering audio, packaging, syncing, or final delivery.

If a technical issue prevents completion, Audiobookify may, at its discretion, retry the generation, provide support, restore access, repair delivery links, or offer an equivalent service credit. This does not create a general refund right once production has started.

6. User Inputs and Responsibility for Rights

You are responsible for every title, prompt, manuscript, idea, outline, reference text, file, image, audio sample, voice sample, brand name, trademark, personal data, and other material you submit. You must have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions needed to submit those materials and to use the generated output.

You must not submit content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, contractual rights, trade secrets, or any other third-party rights. You must not submit content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, exploitative, or intended to impersonate another person without authorization.

7. Voice Samples and Identity

If you upload or record a voice sample, you confirm that the voice is yours or that you have explicit permission from the person whose voice is being used. You may not use Audiobookify to clone, imitate, or generate a voice of another person without proper authorization.

Custom voice features are intended to help authors, creators, coaches, publishers, and brands produce narration based on an authorized voice source. You remain responsible for truthful declarations to distributors, retailers, publishers, and platforms about whether an audiobook is AI-generated, digitally narrated, human-origin, or otherwise subject to disclosure rules.

8. Generated Output and Commercial Use

For eligible paid packages, Audiobookify is designed to provide commercial-use output, subject to these Terms and your ownership or license rights in the inputs you provide. You remain responsible for checking the output before publication, correcting errors, validating metadata, verifying pronunciations, and confirming platform requirements.

Audiobookify does not guarantee that generated content will be error-free, unique, suitable for every use, accepted by every distributor, or compliant with every marketplace rule. You should review all generated text, audio, cover, metadata, and delivery files before publishing or distributing them.

9. Retailers, Distributors, and Platform Acceptance

Audiobookify may prepare files intended to support audiobook publishing workflows, including listening, retail, and library ecosystems. Audiobookify is not affiliated with Spotify, Apple Books, Google Play Books, Audible, Amazon, Kobo, Barnes & Noble, or any other retailer or distributor unless expressly stated.

Retailer, distributor, and platform acceptance is never guaranteed. Each platform may impose its own rules regarding file format, metadata, rights, AI disclosure, voice disclosure, pricing, exclusivity, territories, taxes, quality control, and content moderation. You are responsible for complying with those rules.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Audiobookify to create, distribute, or facilitate illegal content, infringing content, deceptive content, harmful impersonation, unauthorized voice cloning, spam, malware, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, fraud, or content that violates the rights of others. You may not interfere with the service, bypass limits, abuse free quotas, scrape private areas, reverse engineer protected systems, or attempt to access non-public data.

11. Availability and Changes

Audiobookify may be updated, interrupted, limited, modified, or discontinued at any time. We may add, remove, or change features, packages, prices, limits, models, voices, languages, output formats, storage behavior, delivery methods, or integrations. We may also impose reasonable limits to protect service reliability.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audiobookify disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, platform acceptance, commercial performance, or specific results.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audiobookify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, lost publication opportunities, distributor rejection, or business interruption arising from or related to the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Audiobookify's total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific generation or package giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create risk for Audiobookify or others, fail to pay applicable charges, or use the service in a way that may expose us to legal, operational, security, or reputational harm. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of Audiobookify after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
